Calabria experiencing property boom

Calabria, a region in southern Italy is currently experiencing a property boom, with another development recently being released in the region.
Windrush Alliance has unveiled Portoada Park in Calabria, the new development due for completion in March which will boasts villa homes in a private gated community in close proximity to the beach and the town of Pizzo.
Windrush Alliance describes the Portoada Park development as "one of the most exclusive villa developments" in the area.
Villa homes on the new development can be secured from 279,900 Euros ($357,806).
